It is this endeavor upon which our business was founded and continues to operate. The goal is to enhance the experience of those involved in real estate transactions through our professionalism, diligence, competence, and care. 110% to each individual, in each transaction.
Our Team
Jack
His ability draws from these diverse experiences in real estate. His depth of knowledge and understanding of the industry is unmatched, and his insights and guidance have helped, and continue to help shape our company’s success
Born and raised in St. Tammany Parish, Jack is a true local who has lived in the area for over 60 years with his wife, Stephanie. Together, they have three children, Blake, Erin, and Andrew, and 13 grandchildren. When he’s not hard at work, Jack enjoys spending time on his tractor and working with his beloved bird dog, Hannah, a German Shorthaired Pointer.
Beyond his professional achievements, Jack is a pillar of the community, with a deep commitment to giving back. His contributions to that community have made lasting impacts on countless lives.
In every aspect of his life, Jack is a true inspiration, a leader, and a role model. We are proud to call him one of our own, and we look forward to his continued contributions as a valued member of 110 Title!
Kerrie
Kerrie is a devoted wife to Patrick and a loving mother of two children, Evan and Althea, and she recently became completely enamored by her new role as grandmother. When she’s not managing the day-to-day operations at 110 Title, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and cooking!
In addition to her impressive career accomplishments, Kerrie is a statewide notary for Louisiana, further showcasing her dedication to excellence. Her unwavering commitment to giving 110% has earned her the trust and respect of clients and colleagues alike.
Andrew
A Louisiana native from the small northwestern St. Tammany Village of Folsom, he grew up with an appreciation of the truest sense of community and the importance of the relationships that are foundational to both its creation and capacity to endure.
His own investment in that community and those relationships began as a child with his involvement in First Baptist Church of Folsom, and with his early childhood education at Folsom Elementary School (national blue ribbon school award for 2022) and Folsom Junior High School. He loves Folsom and chooses to raise his three beautiful children there with his wife, Lauren, today.
A lover of the outdoors, his interests include hunting in spring and fall, playing the occasional round of golf (though he is admittedly bad at the game) and working around his property. His greatest joy though comes from watching his children grow up in the peaceful freedom of the outdoors, where social media and the internet have no bearing on their pursuit of happiness.
After graduating from Covington High School in 2002, he pursued and ultimately received a bachelor’s degree in finance from Louisiana State University (Geaux Tigahs!) and a JD from the same institution. After a short period in general civil practice, Andrew shifted his focus to transactional work, specifically, real estate transactions.
It is within the real estate industry that Andrew has found another community to devote his efforts. Various professionals collaboratively working toward a common goal, each contributing their own diverse educations, backgrounds, and experiences, establishes an environment conducive to relationship creation. It is through these relationships that Andrew hopes to motivate, inspire and develop a culture in the local real estate industry of always seeking to improve, always striving to advance, and always endeavoring to give 110%!
Ami
Meet Ami, a seasoned professional in the legal and real estate industry with over 20 years of experience. Her daily responsibilities include managing all processing functions, scheduling, and liaising with lenders and realtors to ensure a smooth and seamless transaction. She is a licensed Notary in and for St. Tammany Parish, adding to her expansive skillset. Ami’s dedication to her work is matched only by her love for her two children, Brady and Bailey, who are the center of her universe.
Born and raised in South Louisiana, Ami embodies the spirit of perseverance, kindness, and professionalism that is synonymous with the region. Her vast experience and knowledge in the legal and real estate industry make her an invaluable asset to any team, and her commitment to excellence is evident in everything she does.
